From each of the terminals, you you can take our free shuttle bus to reach the rental office which is located at 8 Dakota Court, a short distance away from the Terminals. For pick up please call 0407 394 320 or 1300 729 230 for collection, please walk to the “Hotel and off Airport Parking” pick up zone. From the airport terminals, please cross two pedestrian crossings to reach the pickup zone. Pick Up - Once you have arrived at the airport please call Jetport Parking on 03 9999 2626, they will collect you from the same pick up location – the Hotel and Off Air

Deposit:
The supplier will require a deposit amount of AUD 500 at pick-up. It is a guarantee held on the credit card in the event of damage or theft of the vehicle. It will be automatically released if there is no damage or theft during the rental period.

Driver's age
21 to 99 years.
Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to hire a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
Travel Restrictions
Please note that customers intending to travel across country/state borders or to different islands within the same country should contact the Rental Company directly prior to pick up to advise of their travel plans.
