I am trying to book a rental car online for a trip to Melbourne in July how much is the insurance to buy out the excess and have everithing covered?

At STEP2 of our 3 step online booking process, to the right of the car photo of your choice, is a link entitled "IMPORTANT INFORMATION". Click on this link and it will open an additional smaller window, where the terms and conditions appertaining to that particular car at your chosen location are displayed.

Thank you I have found it! Will the car be at the Airport or do we have to call for it?

The rental car will be at the Airport. Instructions to get to the car hire desk will be included in the voucher. The link to your voucher will be in the conformation email which you will receive after you completed the reservation.
